What is the science of fat loss? It’s actually very simple, eat less than you burn daily, but it’s not always that easy in applying the logic, especially in the world we live today.
This recorded talk will start off with the obvious, eat less, but delve into the practical, environmental and mental strategies that actually get us there. After all, if fat loss was that easy we would all be lean and coaches like me wouldn’t exist. But, I’m here to help because I’ve been there, I’ve been obese, and I’ve struggled, but I’ve struggled so you don’t have to.
Every day I see people claim that nutrition is confusing… but is it?
We now live very busy lives, we have stress left right and centre, getting to the gym isn’t always easy, we can get confused on the best foods to eat, and being consistent can be tough - especially with social events - tie that in with a few crappy night’s sleep and it can be difficult to implement, and see the results you want when trying to lose body fat.
